    Munisai's motsunabe uses beef's small intestine, "marucho"! Marucho is a cut that has little odor and is low in oil.By parboiling and removing excess fat, we've concentrated the flavor. The motsunabe and all-you-can-drink course includes a variety of dishes, including edamame, leaf salad, fried chicken, motsunabe (red, white, black), final course (rice porridge, cheese rice porridge, noodles, udon), and dessert. The motsunabe, horse sashimi, and all-you-can-drink course also includes steamed chicken with pickled mustard greens and a platter of two kinds of horse sashimi.
