The horse sashimi is extremely fresh and full of flavor and sweetness, with little strong taste, making it addictively delicious! The motsunabe uses "Marucho", which reduces the strong flavor and odor, and you can choose from three types of soup: red (soy sauce), white (salt), and black (black curry).
